“Dope” is one of the freshest  & diverse films of 2015 . The film is a throwback in a sense to ’90s “Hip Hop” movies like Juice,  Menace II Society House Party — but with contemporary sensibilities, including scenes involving Bitcoin, drones, Amazon and hacking.

The coming of age tale has a cast of gifted young actors including Shameik Moore, Tony Revolori,  Blake Anderson, Zoe Kravitz, A$AP Rocky, Chanel Iman and Quincy Brown.
