The cool kids gathered together last night to kick off New York Fashion Week with VFILES in what marks their fifth runway show. All aspects of the show’s production from designers, to models were selected by the VFILES team in consultation with industry tastemakers, including Virgil Abloh, Rihanna stylist Mel Ottenburg and men’s Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collection Italo Zucchelli. Those chosen for this season’s VFILES Made Fashion program include Kozaburo, Moses Gauntlett Cheng, Namilia, David Ferreira, and Feng Cheng Wang one of favorite collections of the night.Originally from Beijing but based and educated in London, Feng Cheng Wang draws heavily on futurism at it’s most functional, defining a style of high performance, high comfort, and high concept design.
